We are one of the leading manufacturers of industrial equipment, that is mainly used in pharma, chemical, process industries, R& D Labs and institutions, we have mainly three different segments of products, that is Lab Equipment, Fabrication, Control Panels. We also actively involve in design and engineering consulting for specialized requirement of our clients.
In Lab equipment we are mainly focusing on Inert/ controlled/ Atmosphere/ Gas Glove Box, Isolators, Bio Safety Cabinets, Fume Hood, Laminar Air Flow, Pass Boxes, Autoclave, Humidity Chamber, Anaerobic Chamber, Hot Air Oven, and Lab Furniture. Etc.
In fabrication we do stainless steel and carbon steel, heavy and light metal fabrications, In fabrication job work we are focusing on customer specific requirements, however few of our regular products are grease and oil separator trap, earth linking boxes, flammable cabinets, large chemical hazardous, toxic enclosure and cabinets, industrial work bench, structural works etc. We also do heavy fabrication for pressure and vacuum vessel, boilers, heat exchangers etc. with ASME standards. We also do projects in conveyors, material handling equipment, packaging solutions, etc. Our design engineers are more than happy to take up new challenges in critical product development, and help to resolve the pain points to smoother functioning of process.
We also manufacture different types of electrical control panels and PLC based automation solutions, we have a range product in control panels, like APFC Panels, Distribution panel, Automation control panels, VFD Panel, MCC Panel, PCC panel, Capacitor Flameproof Panels, etc. We do asses the requirement of the customer and design and manufacture each panel, as per the laid down industrial safety standards and the requisite of the environment. We do take up turnkey projects laying, installation testing and commissioning.
Consultancy and designing are one of our core fortes, we have an in-house design team with a group of qualified external consultants with high level of domain experience, are ready to take up any projects that is relating or even beyond our profile of jobs. We have highly experience design engineers, with 2D, 3D CAD, Solid Works and Catia proficiency. We take up each projects with high level of dedication, precise planning, scientific designs, advanced standards and durability, quality manufacturing and timely delivery, We also do periodical review of our projects and after sales support….
We have 20,000 sq.ft well equipped manufacturing facility with all advanced machineries like laser cutting, CNS Bending, Hydraulic/Electrical cutting and bending , lathes, drilling milling and high precision welding equipment, right on the Mumbai Ahmedabad(Western Express) Highway, that can easily access and load any type of heavy vehicles.

Sureshan Maniyurkaran is graduate in Mechanical Engineering with masters in Project management having ,27+ years of domain experience, which includes 10 years in aerospace domain, 8 years in automotive domain and 8 + years in SPM design and general engineering in various engineering service industries and manufacturing Industries.10 years of extensive Project Management Experience.Involved in the Design & Development of Aircraft Cabin Interior components such as Overhead Stowage cabin, General Cabin Equipment’s, Ceilings and side walls, Doors and door frames, Cabin Crew rest compartment and Flight crew rest compartment, Air conditioning Ducting for AIRBUS A350-900 and A350-1000 programs.Involved in Design and Development of the Aircraft Wing Structure components (Fixed leading Edge, Fixed trailing Edge and aileron) for Gulf stream G650 aircraft.
Involved in design of automotive components such as Seats, Breaks, Steering wheel and Air registers Expertise in Special purpose machine design, Reverse Engineering and Legacy data conversion 24 months worked as customer Interface manager with Diehl Aircabin at Lauphiem, Germany,3 Months worked as designer / onsite coordinator with TRW automotive, Ashaffenburg , Germany,6 Months worked as designer / onsite coordinator with Johnson controls Automotive, Telford, United Kingdom ,expertize in the following design software CAD Software Catia V4, Catia V5,Solidworks, AutoCad.

T. A Joseph -CTO Electrical Division , is an electrical engineer with rich 30 + years’ experience in the field of electrical power and automation project, design and execution. He has a hands on experience in Power and Automation Control Panels, Flameproof & Non-Flameproof that comprises of Electrical control Panels, VFD Panels, Electrical APFC Panels, Electrical MCC Panels, and Electrical PCC Panels. He is specialized in Low and High Voltage Control Panels like Main LT Panels, APFC Capacitor bank Panels, Motor Control Centre, Power Control Centre, Typical Panels and control solutions. He has single handedly managed many power automation projects in highly challenging environment. He is well versed in Pharma industry, multi-layer process industry, and petrochemical and chemical industry with highly flammable and explosive environment. He is also known to all safety standards and certification procedures for all the above industry.

Vijay Hasmukh Panchal is a mechanical Engineer having 18 years of working experience in the field of Manufacturing, heading the production. He is well versed in Stainless Steel , MS sheet metal , heavy fabrication with a thorough understanding of welding activities that is key in heavy fabrication job. He is well versed with concept, design and drawing to manufacturing and batch production.

Lal C George is science postgraduate having four decades’ experience in large manufacturing facilities, single handedly founded more than four technologies driven manufacturing companies, helped many companies to improve the quality of manufacturing by bringing in integrated knowledge and improve the quality of products.
